Step 1
If you also want to get the benefit of free treatment by making your Ayushman card, then you have to check your eligibility for this
For this, first of all you have to go to the official portal of the scheme pmjay.gov.in
Step 2
As soon as you go to the website, you will see many options here
But you have to click on the option ‘Am I Eligible’ given here
Then you have to fill your 10 digit mobile number here
Step 3
Now an OTP i.e. one time password will come on the mobile number you have entered here
You have to fill this OTP here as well
After this you will see that two options have come in front of you
In such a situation, you have to choose your state in the first one
Step 4
Then you have to enter your 10 digit mobile number in the second option
Along with this, you have to enter your ration card number here
Now you have to press the search button at the end, after which you will know that you are eligible for Ayushman card Are you eligible to get it made or not?
