This is how you can get Ayushman card made:-
Step 1
- If you are eligible according to the eligibility list and want that your Ayushman card should also be made, then you can apply
- For this, first of all you have to go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra
- Here you have to meet the concerned officer

- After this, your related documents are asked from you
- These documents are verified and your eligibility is also checked
