Step 1

• If you are eligible to get Ayushman card made, then you can apply
• For this, first of all you have to go to your nearest CSC center
• Here you have to meet the concerned officer and submit your documents

• After this, when everything is found correct, then your application is done
• After some time you can download the Ayushman card.
