These documents are necessary for Ayushman card

After getting an Ayushman Bharat card made under the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Yojana, you get the facility of free treatment up to 5 lakhs. But you must have some important documents to get an Ayushman card. Without these, the Ayushman card is not made.

For this, you must have a family’s Samagra ID. Along with that, an identity card in which you can use Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license, voter card or any other identity card issued by the government.

Get free treatment of 5 lakhs

Under the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Yojana, all Ayushman card holders are given free treatment up to ₹ 500000 in private and government hospitals listed in the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. For this, the beneficiary has to go to the Ayushman help desk of the hospital and show his Ayushman card. After this, they get the facility of free treatment.

Let us tell you that the government’s scheme is only for the poor and needy. Ayushman card is not made for everyone. For this, the government has fixed some eligibility criteria. Which have to be fulfilled. Only those people who are in the beneficiary list of Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Only their cards are made. If your name is not included in the beneficiary list. Then you will not be able to get the benefit.
