Ayushman Card Eligibility: After the formation of the government in Delhi on Thursday, a big decision was taken in the cabinet meeting. In the meeting, Ayushman Bharat Scheme has been approved, which was earlier stopped by the Aam Aadmi Party government. Now under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries of Delhi will get free treatment facility up to Rs 10 lakh. Let us tell you that in its manifesto, BJP had also talked about implementing the Ayushman scheme in the first cabinet meeting.

Who will get the benefit
All senior citizens aged 70 years or above are currently being given the benefit of Ayushman Yojana. There is no limit on income or financial status for this; all senior citizens, irrespective of their class, are eligible for this. Eligibility has been fixed for general people. You can check your eligibility online by visiting the official website www.pmjay.gov.in. Or you can get it checked by visiting the CSC center.
Check eligibility like this
- First of all go to the official website of PMJAY https://pmjay.gov.in/. Look for the option ‘Am I Eligible’ on the homepage. You will see this in the top menu itself. There is also a question mark (?) before this, click on it.
- On clicking, the login page will open in front of you. In this, you will have to enter your mobile number. Enter the captcha code written nearby and generate OTP. Look at the OTP that will come on your mobile and enter it in the specified box. After verifying the mobile OTP, you will have to choose the state. Choose the state in which you live.
- After selecting the state, you will have to select the category. Select the category through which you want to check your name. Some states provide the facility to check only by ration card number, while some states provide the facility to view the list according to name or family number. In some states, there are options to search by mobile number, ration card and your name. Select one of the options given for your state.
- After this, on searching, you will know whether you are eligible to take advantage of this scheme or not. If your name is not included in the list of Ayushman Bharat Yojana, then the search result box will show No Result Found.
- Apart from this, another way is that you can check your eligibility for Ayushman Bharat Yojana by providing all the necessary documents through your nearest Public Service Center.
