Generally banks have a weekly holiday of one or two days. Apart from all Sundays of the month, there are bank holidays on the second and fourth Saturdays also. For this reason, there is a two-day weekend in banks every second week.
The long weekend of banks has started from 21st October. In many states, there will be a bank holiday for four consecutive days from October 21 to October 24.
