Kotak Mahindra Bank of the private sector has issued an alert message for customers. In this message, the bank has told that its debit card services will not be available for sometime next week.
When will the problem remain: Kotak Bank said in an email sent to the customers, “It is informed that the Bank’s systems will undergo maintenance activity during the late night hours of 1.00 AM to 4.00 AM on Monday, January 31, 2022. ” During this time, Kotak Bank Debit Card services will be temporarily unavailable. This includes services for ATM, POS, ECOM, QR, payment tokenization, cardless cash withdrawal, PIN generation and authentication, card blocking or unblocking, besides transaction amount limit modification, activation and deactivation.
Bank’s profit increased: Meanwhile, Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced the results for the quarter ended December 2021. The bank has seen a growth of 15 per cent in its profit. In terms of amount, it has increased to Rs 2,131 crore from Rs 1,853 crore in the same quarter last year. During Friday afternoon, shares of Kotak Bank were trading at Rs 1,916, up more than 1 per cent on the BSE.
