Kotak Bank said that to improve the service of the bank, maintenance work will be done due to which the service of the bank will not be available. The bank has sent an email to its customers regarding this.
Kotak Bank service will not be available on 5th and 12th February
The bank has said in the email that we are updating our system to give you a better banking experience. Therefore, some services related to your Kotak VISA Debit Card and Spendz Card will not be available for some time period. This problem will be there from 1:00 am to 5:00 am on Wednesday 5 February 2025 and then on Wednesday 12 February 2025. During this time, customers will not be able to do in-store POS transactions, online payments and international ATM transactions. Kotak Mahindra Bank has advised its customers to complete their important transactions in advance so that they do not face any kind of problem.

- 91 days to 120 days – General public: 4.00 per cent; Senior citizens: 4.50 per cent
- 121 days to 179 days – General public: 4.25 per cent; Senior citizens: 4.75 per cent
- 180 days – General public: 7 per cent; Senior citizens: 7.50 per cent
- 181 days to 269 days – General public: 6 per cent; Senior citizens: 6.50 per cent
