State Bank of India (SBI)
SBI charges 60+ GST ​​on each visit for non-financial transactions, while Rs 100+ GST ​​for financial transactions. The amount of cash withdrawal and deposit in each transaction is limited to Rs 20,000 per day.
Punjab National Bank (PNB)
PNB presently provides DSB services to Senior Citizens/Persons with Disabilities within a radius of 5 Kms from its branch. This service will be provided within a radius of 5km (in urban areas) and 2km (in rural areas) of the bank’s branch. PNB will charge Rs 60 + GST ​​for non-financial transactions and Rs 100 + GST ​​for financial transactions.
HDFC Bank
According to the HDFC Bank website, senior citizens can avail door-to-door service by dialing the HDFC phone banking service from their registered phone number. The maximum cash doorstep limit per withdrawal for HDFC Bank customers is Rs 25,000 and the minimum amount is Rs 5 thousand. For cash pick-up and delivery, HDFC Bank charges Rs 200 plus GST.
