Bank FD Rates Changed: Two private banks have taken a big decision on fixed deposits simultaneously. Both have reduced the interest rates of FD. One of these banks is the largest private bank in India, which has reduced the rates of FD. If you have also invested in fixed deposits, then know about these banks and the new interest rates.
These two banks changed FD Rates
One of these banks is HDFC Bank and the other is YES Bank. The new FD rates of both the banks have come into effect from April 1, 2025. HDFC Bank has reduced the interest rates for some period on FDs with investment less than Rs 3 crore. Know further what are the new FD rates of both the banks.

- 7 to 14 days – 3.00 percent
- 15 to 45 days – 3.50 percent
- 46 days to 90 days – 4.50 percent
- 6 months 1 day to 9 months – 5.75 percent
- 9 months 1 day to 1 year – 6.00 percent
- 1 year to 15 months – 6.60 percent
- 15 months to 18 months – 7.10 percent
- 18 months to 21 months – 7.25 percent
- 21 months to 2 years – 7.00 percent
- 2 years 1 day to 2 years 11 months – 7.00 percent
- 3 years 1 day to 4 years 7 months – 7.00 percent
- 4 years 7 months 1 day to 5 years – 7.00 percent
- 5 years 1 day to 10 years – 7.00 percent
Yes Bank Fixed Deposit interest rate
- 7 to 29 days – 3.00 percent
- 30 to 45 days – 3.50 percent
- 46 days to 90 days – 4.50 percent
- 91 days to 120 days – 5.00 percent
- 121 days to 180 days – 5.00 percent
- 181 days to 271 days – 6.25 percent
- 272 days to 12 months – 6.50 percent
- 12 months to 24 months – 7.75 percent
- 24 months to 36 months -7.25 percent
- 36 months to 60 months – 7.25 percent
- 60 months – 7.25 percent
- 60 months 1 day to 120 months – 7.00 percent
