There were total 13 days of bank holidays in the month of March this year. It also includes four Sundays. Apart from this, this list of holidays is state wise. At the same time, on March 18, banks will remain closed across the country.
Know when banks will be closed in which city
-17 March (Holika Dahan)- There will be no work in banks in Dehradun, Kanpur, Lucknow and Ranchi.
-18 March (Holi/Dhuleti/Dol Jatra)- Banks will remain closed except in Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Imphal, Kochi, Kolkata and Thiruvananthapuram.
-19 March (2nd day of Holi/Yaosang)- Banks will remain closed in cities like Bhubaneswar, Imphal and Patna.
-20 March (Sunday)- Banks of all cities will be closed due to weekly holiday.
