Banks in India continue to work on the first and third Saturdays of the month, while the second and fourth Saturdays are bank holidays. According to the calendar of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in March 2023, private and public sector banks will remain closed for 12 days. Let us show you the complete list of bank holidays in March.

The first bank holiday starts from Chapchar Kut on 3rd March and other holidays like Gudi Padwa/Ugadi festival/Bihar Divas are falling on 22nd March. Banks in some states will observe holidays as per RBI calendar. There are four Sundays in March which are falling on 5,12,19 and 26 March. The second and fourth Saturdays are on March 11 and 25.
