According to the RBI list, banks will remain closed not for 4 or 6 days but for 15 days in the month of November. This includes all holidays including Diwali, Chhath Puja, Govardhan Puja. Apart from this, Saturday and Sunday are also included in the 15-day holiday.

- November 1 – Banks will remain closed in Bengaluru, Imphal and Shimla due to Kannada Rajyotsava/Kut/Karva Chauth.
- 5 November – Banks across the country will remain closed on Sunday.
- 10 November – Banks will remain closed in Shillong due to Govardhan Puja/Lakshmi Puja/Deepawali/Diwali.
- 11 November – Banks will remain closed due to second Saturday.
- 12 November – Banks across the country will remain closed on Sunday.
- 13 November – Due to Govardhan Puja/Lakshmi Puja/Deepawali/Diwali, there will be holiday in banks in Agartala, Dehradun, Gangtok, Imphal, Jaipur, Kanpur, Lucknow.
- 14 November – There will be holiday in banks in Ahmedabad, Belapur, Bengaluru, Gangtok, Mumbai, Nagpur due to Diwali (Bali Pratipada) / Vikram Samvat New Year / Lakshmi Puja.
- 15 November – Banks will remain closed in Gangtok, Imphal, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow and Shimla due to Bhai Dooj/Chitragupta Jayanti/Lakshmi Puja/Ningal Chakkuba/Bhratri Dwitiya.
- 19 November – Banks across the country will remain closed on Sunday.
- 20 November – Banks will remain closed in Patna and Ranchi due to Chhath.
- 23 November – Banks will remain closed in Dehradun and Shillong due to Seng Kut Snem/Igas Bagwal.
- November 25 – Fourth Saturday
- 26 November – Banks across the country will remain closed on Sunday.
- 27 November – Due to Guru Nanak Jayanti/Karthik Purnima, banks will remain closed in the entire country except Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gangtok, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Imphal, Kochi, Panaji, Patna, Trivandrum and Shillong.
November 30, 2023- Banks will remain closed in Bengaluru due to Kanakadas Jayanti.
