Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023: A recruitment notification has been issued by Bank of Baroda. According to which recruitment will be done for the post of Chief – HR Analytics and Senior Manager – HR Analytics in the bank. For which candidates can apply by visiting the official site bankofbaroda.in/career. The application process for this recruitment has started, candidates can apply for this campaign till 02 March. The candidate will be selected on these posts for 05 years.
This recruitment drive is being organized for recruitment on a total of 02 posts. Candidates applying for this campaign should be graduate in any discipline from AICTE / UGC recognized institute. Apart from this, the candidate should have acquired a master’s degree in subjects like engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics, data mining and econometrics. Preference will be given to candidates having Diploma/Certification in HR Analytics.
Age limit
- Chief – HR Analytics: The age of the candidate applying for this post should be between 29 years to 45 years.
- Senior Manager – HR Analytics: Candidates age should be between 27 to 40 years.
Application fee will have to be paid - To apply for the recruitment candidates have to pay the application fee. For this campaign, candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 600. While reserved category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 100.
