BEL Recruitment 2022: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navartna Company and India’s premier professional electronics company under the Ministry of Defence has invited applications from eligible and interested candidates for the Post of Project Engineer-I on a temporary basis for its Advanced Defence Systems -Navy SBU, Bengaluru Complex.
There are a total of 32 vacancies for these Posts including 27 vacancies for Electronics and 5 vacancies for Mechanical. The age of the candidate shall not be above 32 years, as on 01.12.2022 as per the BEL Recruitment 2022 Notification. The eligible candidates shall have a minimum Post Qualification and Experience of 2 years as on 01.12.2022. The location of the posting will be at Mumbai /Kolkata. Candidates should be willing to relocate to Mumbai / Kolkata based on project requirements. Project Engineer-I will be engaged initially for a period of 3 years which may be extended up to a maximum of one year based on requirements and individual performance.
The selected candidate will be paid up to Rs. 55000. Qualifications for BEL Recruitment 2022:
The candidates should have a BE/B.Tech (4-year course) from a reputed Institute/University in the following Disciplines:
Engineering disciplines –Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ E&T/ Telecommunication OR Mechanical.
The candidates with 55% aggregate marks in all semesters in the indicated qualification for General, OBC, and EWS candidates and Pass Class for SC, ST, and PWD candidates. The method of conversion of CGPA to a percentage as per University norms should be compulsorily attached.
Post qualification Experience (as on 01.12.2022):
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification industry experience to apply for the post of Project Engineer-I.
Salary for BEL Recruitment 2022:
The selected candidate will be paid the following amount as salary:
1st year – Rs. 40,000
2nd year – Rs. 45,000
3rd year – Rs.50,000
4th year – Rs. 55,000
The candidates will also be paid Rs. 12,000 per year towards insurance premiums, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc as per the BEL Recruitment 2022 Notification.
Selection Procedure for BEL Recruitment 2022:
Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria w.r.t. qualification and experience will be allotted weightage as follows:
Written Test – 85%
Interview (for candidates shortlisted in the written test) – 15%
The names of candidates shortlisted for written tests and interviews will be notified on the company’s website and call letters will be sent to the e-mails.
Application fees for BEL Recruitment 2022:
The candidates applying for the Post of Project Engineer – I shall have to pay an application fee of Rs. 472 (Rs. 400 + 18% GST). Candidates belonging to PwBD, SC, and ST categories are exempted from payment of the application fee.
