Bharat Rice: The central government has taken steps to reduce the price of rice. The government will launch Bharat Rice on Tuesday (6 February) at 4 pm. This rice will be sold at the price of Rs 29 per kg. Let us tell you that despite all the steps taken on rice, there has been no significant reduction in the prices in the domestic market, whereas the prices have increased by 14.5%. Now cheap rice will come in people’s plates. This will provide great relief to the common man.

Bharat Rice worth ₹29 kg will be available here

The government will start selling Bharat Rice under the Bharat brand from 4 pm on Tuesday. Bharat Rice will be available at all big chain retail including NAFED, NCCF, Kendriya Bhandar. This rice will be sold at the price of Rs 29 per kg. Rice will be available in 5 and 10kg packs.

Let us tell you that to control the rising inflation in the country, the government has first sold cheap flour, pulses, cheap onions and tomatoes under the Bharat brand. Bharat Atta was launched by the Central Government on 6 November 2023, where the average price of flour in the country is Rs 35 per kg, whereas you are getting flour at Rs 27.50. At the same time, pulses are available at the price of Rs 60 per kg.
