Through this, the posts of Engineer Trainee, Executive Trainee Finance and Executive Trainee HR are filled. Initially, the selection of candidates is done on the trainee posts only. After one year of training, they are appointed on the post of Engineer and Executive.
Who can apply
According to the notification of BHEL Engineer and Executive Trainee Recruitment 2022, candidates who have completed engineering in the relevant field, or 5-year integrated master’s degree or dual degree program can apply for Engineer Trainee posts. The maximum age of the candidate should be 27 years. However, for Post Graduate candidates the maximum age is 29 years.
Qualification for Executive posts
Whereas for Executive Trainee Finance, Graduation with Chartered or Cost and Work Accountant should be qualified and for Executive Trainee HR, Graduation with Human Resource or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with 2 years Post Graduation or Diploma.
Selection Process
For recruitment, the notification is first taken out on the official website of BHEL at careers.bhel.in. After this, online applications are called on this website. The applying candidates have to appear in the computer based test. After clearing the exam you are called for interview. Final merit list is prepared on the basis of test and interview.
Salary
Selected candidates are given a basic pay of Rs.50,000 in the pay scale of Rs.50,000-1,60,000/- during the initial one year of training. At the same time, after the completion of the training, a basic pay of Rs 60,000 is given in the beginning under the pay scale of 60,000- 1,80,000. Apart from this, dearness allowance, medical facilities, gratuity, HRA and many other allowances are also given.
