New Delhi. Many rules are going to change from 1st December i.e. tomorrow (Changes 1st December 2021). These changes include LPG price of LPG cylinder, home loan offer, SBI credit card offer, Aadhaar-UAN linking etc. Let us tell you that some new rules apply on the first date of every new month or with some changes in the old rules.
UAN-Aadhaar Linking
If you are employed and have Universal Account Number (UAN), then link it with Aadhaar number by November 30. From December 1, 2021, companies have been asked to file ECR (Electronic Challan cum Return) of only those employees whose UAN and Aadhar linking have been verified. Employees who will not be able to file this link till tomorrow will not be able to file ECR also.
Home Loan Offers
During the festive season, most banks had given various home loan offers, including waiver of processing fees and lower interest rates. Most of the banks’ offers are expiring on 31st December but LIC Housing Finance offer is expiring till 30th November.
SBI Credit Card:
If you use SBI credit card, then from December 1, shopping on EMI with SBI’s credit card will be expensive.
Price of gas cylinder The price
of gas cylinder is fixed on the first day of every month. New rates for commercial and domestic cylinders are issued on the first of the month. The new rates will be released on the morning of December 1.
Life Certificate
If you also fall in the category of pensioners, then you have 2 days left. Pensioners should submit their life certificate today or tomorrow in these two days, otherwise you will stop getting pension from 1st December.
