Indian Railways Train Cancelled Today: Railways canceled 135 trains today, check your PNR status with these easy steps

New Delhi. The fog has now started falling on the trains. Fog has started increasing with winter in many states of the country. Due to this, the level of visibility on the tracks has dropped significantly.


Due to this, the Railways is canceling the trains especially going in the east direction keeping in view the safety of the passengers. Along with this, it is also reducing the frequency of many trains.

Due to fog, Northern Railway has announced to cancel 31 pairs i.e. 62 trains of Mail and Express trains. These trains will be closed from December 1 to February. Not only this, due to fog, there are some such trains which have to be operated but their frequency is being reduced. The frequency of many trains including Kanpur Shatabdi, Gorakhpur Humsafar, Bhagalpur Shatabdi have been reduced. Due to this decision, passengers are not getting confirmed tickets in most of the mail and express trains going from Delhi to East direction i.e. Bihar-Bengal.

According to the Railways, such a decision is being taken keeping in view the convenience of the passengers. With this, passengers will be able to find any option for their planned journey. Due to the sudden cancellation of trains due to weather, passengers have to face more problems. To avoid all this, this decision is being taken first. At the same time, the Railways is keeping a close watch on this that if the weather is fine, then a decision should be taken to cancel trains or extend their duration. Railways is also keeping a close watch on this that if the crowd increases on any route, then arrangements should be made to run special trains.

These trains will remain canceled till February
