In both the documents his name is recorded as Mohammad Arif Agha. With this, the news of Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI helping the Taliban in the operation to capture Kabul has once again strengthened. In this way it is proved that Pakistan has greatly helped in the return of Taliban to Afghan power.
