Public sector Bank of Baroda has cut home loan interest rates by 0.25 percent.

Actually, the public sector Bank of Baroda has brought this special offer for you. Bank of Baroda on Thursday announced a reduction of 0.25 percent in the initial interest rates of home loans. Recently, many other public and private banks have also introduced special offers on home loans.
Bank of Baroda will now provide home loan at an introductory interest rate of 6.50 per cent. The new rates have come into effect from 7 October 2021. These rates will be available till December 31, 2021.
No processing fee to be paid
The bank’s new rates will be available for customers who are applying for a new loan, want to transfer loan or refinance their existing loan. Also, the offer of zero processing charge on home loans has been extended till December 31, 2021.

Recently Yes Bank also reduced rates
Recently, Yes Bank of the private sector has given a special gift to its customers. Actually, the bank has offered a rate of only 6.7 percent (Low Interest) under the special offer of a limited period for home loan customers. Under this offer launched for 90 days named YES Premium Home Loan, the bank is offering a home loan at an initial interest rate of 6.7 percent. Apart from this, women will be given an additional discount of 0.05 percent on the loan. The home loan interest rate for women will start from 6.65 percent.
