Bank of Baroda has launched its digital banking platform BOB World. This is a mobile app where multiple banking services can be availed at the same time. This app has been started to provide round the clock and 7 day banking facility to the customers. All the facilities of digital banking can now be availed simultaneously and in one app.
Through this app, customers will be given the facility of banking products and services. In this app, the service of savings, investment, loan and shopping will be available simultaneously. BOB World was launched on 23rd August and so far 5 million users have downloaded this app. The same facilities are being provided on this app as the YONO app of State Bank.

According to Bank of Baroda, customers will get the benefit of more than 220 services simultaneously on the BOB World app. 95 percent work of retail banking service will be done from this app. Through this app, all the customers of the country and abroad will be able to take advantage of the service of Bank of Baroda. Digital account can be opened on this app in 10 minutes. Along with this, the customer will also be given a virtual debit card immediately. A customer can also take a loan from BOB World itself. For this all the necessary paperwork will be done from the app.

what customers say
Some customers say that there is a problem in downloading this app for the first time. If a customer wants to register the BOB World App with the registered mobile number or account number, then the debit card number is not asked. Customers are mistaking this as it means that the app automatically fetches the debit card number. The account number should be registered on the app, but it is not.
A customer says that only one customer ID is getting the facility to register from one mobile number. If a customer has two or three bank accounts linked to the same mobile number or has different customer IDs, then the customer will have to have a separate mobile for each. BOB World cannot solve this problem.
