According to the information being given by the sources of the Ministry of Labor, it wanted to notify the labor laws from July 1, but the states had sought more time from the Center to implement the new rules, due to which its deadline was extended to October 1. has been done.
In fact, in the past, there was a discussion between the Labor Ministry, Labor Union and representatives of the industry regarding changes in the rules of labor law regarding working hours, annual holidays, pension, PF, take home salary, retirement etc. In this, there was a demand to increase the earned leave of the employees from 240 to 300 lives.
If the government agrees to the demands of the labor union, then from October 1, government employees can get 300 earned holidays. A demand has been made to the government to make separate rules for building and other construction workers, beedi workers, journalists and workers as well as workers associated with the cinema world.
New rule has been passed by Parliament in 2020
The Labor Ministry and the Modi government want to notify the rules of labor laws from October 1.
