That is, the salary of the employees (Central government employee’s salary) will increase again. There was an increase in the DA hanging during the Corona period in the year 2021. If the fitment factor of central employees increases, then there will be a big increase in their basic salary. It is being told that the fitment factor can be 2.57 to 3.68. On the other hand, the increase in Dearness Allowance (DA Hike) has also been decided. Actually, the November data of All India Consumer Price Index (AICPI) has arrived. Central employees are currently getting 31 percent dearness allowance. If there is an increase of 2% to 3% in DA this month (DA Hike), then the employees will start getting 33 to 34 percent DA. That is, once again the salary of the employee will increase.
