In the order issued on May 4, increase in the appointment and service of all employees will be given. All the employees working in the Kasturba Gandhi Vidyalaya and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Hostel run in the state by the State Education Center of Madhya Pradesh will be given increased service. According to the rules, orders have been issued in the names of all the collectors of Dhanraju S, Director, State Education Center, Madhya Pradesh. It was said that the right of appointment and service enhancement of employees working in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Boys Hostel operating in the state has been given to the District Appointment Committee and the school management committee to increase the service tenure of the remaining employees.
On the basis of the performance of the employees, they will be given honorarium by increasing the service. Other rules have also been fixed for this. In which if the service has not been increased due to any reason, then it is not the fault of the employee but of the District Appointment Committee or the School Management Committee.
The same level at which the employees have been appointed in Kasturba Gandhi Girls School and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Residential Girls and Boys Hostel. Their service increase will be done as per the provision of the government. They should be given the right to compulsorily appoint all employees and increase their service by 31 May 2022.
