The Aurangabad district administration has taken strict steps to speed up the vaccination. But taking this strictness, he has given a strange decree under which ration shops, gas agencies and petrol pumps will be supplied groceries and fuel only to those people who have got at least one vaccine of corona vaccine. This order has become effective in the district from November 9.
To prevent the infection of Covid 19, the administration has instructed ration shops, gas agencies and petrol pumps to supply groceries and petrol, diesel, gas cylinders to only those citizens. who have had at least one vaccine. In fact, Aurangabad district in Maharashtra ranks 26th among 36 districts in terms of vaccination. So far only 55 percent of the people have been vaccinated here.
Here the pace of vaccination is very slow and the administration has taken this step to speed it up. In an order issued on Tuesday night, Aurangabad Collector Sunil Chavan has directed officials of fair price shops, gas agencies and petrol pumps to verify the vaccination certificates of consumers. If the order is not followed or action will be taken against the people concerned under the Disaster Management Act and Epidemic Diseases Act.
Recently, the Collector had also said in an order that for those who have not got the vaccine, entry has also been banned in the tourist places of the district. Along with this, their movement will be banned at the district level and state level also. Let us inform that Maharashtra has been one of the states most affected by Corona and Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has set a target of 100% vaccination in the state by 20 November.
In view of this, the Aurangabad district administration has adopted this tough attitude. Now it is mandatory for all tourist places as well as those working in hotels, resorts and shops to get the vaccine.
