BIG NEWS: If you have Airtel, Voda-Idea, it’s going to be closed….
Delhi (Uttam Hindu News): Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has dealt a major blow to Airtel, Voda-Idea. In fact, TRAI has blocked The RedX premium plans of Bharti Airtel Platinum and Vodafone-Idea, under which some of the selected users were promised faster speeds. In fact, there were questions about whether a preferential network has been created at the cost of declining services of the rest of the customers.
The answer is to give until August 4
TRAI has sent a set of new questions to Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea on July 31. He has been asked to reply by August 4. There was no response to the e-mail sent to Airtel and Vodafone. Trai said it is desired that the presentation on the same day should also include the points on which questions have been asked. The source said the regulator has asked both the companies to give figures in support of their claims.
A TRAI official said that the responses given by these companies in the past are “vague” and these answers do not give any clear confidence to allay the regulator’s concern that preference to certain customers has not reduced the quality of services for other non-premium category consumers. The regulator wants these companies to give data in support of their claims that premiums/premiums are not available. The platinum plan has not spoiled the network experience for other customers.
