Cheap commercial cylinder
On 1st June, there has been a cut in the prices of 19 kg commercial gas cylinders. Indian Oil has announced a cut in the rate of 19 kg commercial cylinder. Commercial cylinders have become cheaper by Rs 135 from today i.e. from June 1.
Due to this, small traders doing business of food and drink, especially the street vendors have got a big relief. After the latest cut in the price of 19 kg commercial LPG gas cylinder, its price in the country’s capital Delhi has gone up to Rs 2219. Earlier, Rs 2354 had to be paid for a commercial LPG cylinder in the capital Delhi. However, there has been no change in the price of domestic LPG cylinders.
Gold silver rate
On the first day of June, there has been a fall in the prices of gold and silver. In the capital Delhi today, the price of 22 carat gold fell by Rs 100 to Rs 47,750 per ten grams. At the same time, the price of silver has also come down by a very slight drop of Rs 40 to Rs 61,120 per kg.
SBI home loan becomes costlier
Taking home loan from State Bank of India has become expensive from June 1. SBI has increased its home loan external benchmark lending rate by 40 basis points to 7.05 per cent. This will increase the home loan interest rate.
Vehicle insurance becomes expensive
From June 1, insurance of two-wheelers and four-wheelers along with many other vehicles has become expensive. From today you will have to pay a higher price for third party insurance. In case of two wheelers, the premium for vehicles between 150 cc to 350 cc will be Rs 1,366, while for vehicles above 350 cc the premium will be Rs 2,804.
Gold hallmarking became mandatory here
The second phase of mandatory gold hallmarking is going to be implemented from June 01. Now apart from the 256 old districts, the Assessing and Hallmarking Centers are going to open in 32 new districts as well. After this, hallmarking of gold ornaments will become mandatory in all these 288 districts. Now only 14, 18, 20, 22, 23 and 24-carat jewelry can be sold in these districts. It will not be possible to sell them without hallmarking.
Axis Bank made this change
Large private sector banks, Axis Bank have increased the minimum monthly balance limit of savings and salary accounts from 15,000 to 25 thousand in rural and small urban areas. Similarly, the limit for Liberty Savings Account has also been increased from Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000.
