Essential facilities will be disrupted for 9 hoursÂ
Citibank has told in a message sent to the customers that from 9:30 pm on 16 October to 6:30 am on 17 October, essential services like net banking, RTGS will be disrupted. The statement issued by Citibank said, “The services of the bank will be disrupted due to maintenance from 9:30 pm on 16 October to 6:30 am on 17 October.”
When and which services will be affected
1- Online and mobile services will be affected from 1 pm to 2 pm.
2- No transaction can be done through RTGS from 2:30 pm to 6:30 am.
3- IVR Self Service will be down from 9:30 pm to 12:30 pm on 16 October.
4- No payment can be made through credit card and Samsung Pay Wallet from 9:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
