Big relief to Aadhaar card holders! Now you will be able to do this Aadhaar related work sitting at home, know the process

Big relief to Aadhaar card holders! To update mobile number in Aadhaar card, one has to go to post office or CSC center, but now this work can be done sitting at home.

Aadhar card is a very important document. If correct information is not present in it, then you may face problems while availing the benefits of any scheme or using it anywhere.

UIDAI has made arrangements for updating correct information in Aadhaar card through two methods, online and offline. However, you cannot do some work online, which also includes updating the mobile number.

To update the mobile number, one has to go to CSC center and waste hours in long queues. In such a situation, we are telling you a method by which you do not need to go anywhere. This work can be done while sitting at home.

To get the mobile number delivered to your home, you will have to take the help of a postman. The postman will come to your home and update the mobile number in the Aadhar card.

For this you will have to go to India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) government portal. Many Aadhaar related works are done through this portal. Besides, banking facilities are also provided across the country. To update the mobile number, DOORSTEP BANKING SERVICE REQUEST FORM will have to be filled on the portal.

After this you have to select the Aadhaar mobile number option. Now complete information will have to be filled. After this you have to click on the submit button. Now a call will come from the nearest branch and then the postman will come to the house. A charge of Rs 50 will be taken for updating the mobile. If the call is not received then call 155299.
