Department of Posts will help in making living certificate of pensioners. India Post Payment Bank will provide facility to generate life certificate through India Post at the pensioner’s house or nearest post office.
For this, the pensioner has to apply through IPPB’s mobile app or website http:||ccc.cept.gov.in and apply for making his digital life certificate. After this application, the postmaster or Gramin Dak Sevak will go to the pensioner’s house for digital life certificate. will generate their ID. After this the certificate will be visible directly in the treasury’s computer system.
For this, the pensioner will have to give the details of Aadhaar number, PPO and mobile number treasury etc. to the post master or Gramin Dak Sevak at home. Pensioners can contact India Post Payment Bank GPO Lucknow Branch Manager on mobile number 9838507456 in case of any inconvenience. The pensioners attached to the Collectorate Treasury will choose Lucknow-1 or Lucknow option for Treasury. For this facility, the pensioner will have to pay Rs 70.
