New Delhi: Online Portal for Pension Complaint: There is news of work for pensioners. Now you will not have to worry about pension related problems. A special online portal has been prepared by the government for redressal of pension related problems to ex-servicemen and their dependents. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh announced this new portal ‘Armed Forces Veterans Day’.
Defense Minister gave information
The name of this special portal is ‘Defence Pension Grievance Redressal Portal’ through which ex-servicemen can directly register their grievances in the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (DESW). Giving information about this on Twitter, Rajnath Singh wrote, ‘I am happy to announce the formation of Defense Pension Grievance Redressal Portal. The purpose of this portal is to redress the grievances related to family pension of ESM and their dependents. This portal will help all pensioners present and in future. Not only this, with the help of this portal, the grievances of the dependents of the pensioners can also be redressed.
I am happy to announce the setting up of Raksha Pension Shikayat Nivaran Portal designed to dedicatedly redress pension, including family pension-related grievances of ESM and their dependents for speedy redressal. The portal will enable to lodge grievances directly with DESW.

Know the process of filing a complaint
- The Defense Minister said that with this special initiative, any ex-servicemen can register their complaints through this portal.
- For this, its ex-servicemen will have to register themselves on this portal with their mobile number.
- For this, first of all visit this portal.
- Now fill the information asked here correctly.
- Now register yourself on this portal with your mobile number.
- Now OTP will come on your mobile number.
- Now enter your OTP here.
- After this, register the email-id.
- Now the portal will give information about the ongoing action in the complaint on your email.
