This will give relief to the people traveling from Delhi to Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Along with this, additional coaches have been added to trains for some other routes as well.
Indian Railways says that the national transporter is expecting a huge demand for travel with the summer holidays approaching. Due to this, in order to meet the demand of convenience and travel for rail passengers, Western Railway zone has added coaches in 11 pairs of trains. Train No. 12953/12954 Mumbai Central – Hazrat Nizamuddin August Kranti Rajdhani with additional AC 3-Tier coach East Mumbai Central by 15th May, 2022 and East Hazrat Nizamuddin by 16th May, 2022.
Train No. 22209/22210 Mumbai Central – New Delhi Duronto has additional AC 3-Tier coach East Mumbai Central by 13th May, 2022 and New Delhi by 14th May, 2022.
Train No. 12957/12958 Ahmedabad – New Delhi will be connected to Swarna Jayanti Rajdhani with additional AC 3-Tier coach East Ahmedabad by 30th May, 2022 and New Delhi by 1st June, 2022.
Train No. 22908/22907 Hapa-Madgaon Express has been augmented with one additional sleeper class coach from 4th May to 25th May, 2022 and 6th May to 27th May, 2022. However, trains from Hapa on May 18 and from Margao on May 20 will not have additional coaches.
Train No. 19578/19577 Jamnagar – Tirunelveli Express will be augmented with one more sleeper class coach East Jamnagar by 28th May, 2022 and from 3rd May to 31st May 2022.
Train No. 09037/09038 Bandra Terminus – Barmer Special will be added with additional AC 3-Tier coach East Bandra Terminus by 13th May, 2022 and Barmer by 14th May, 2022.
Train No. 09039/09040 Bandra Terminus – Ajmer Superfast Special will be augmented with an additional AC 3-Tier coach East Bandra Terminus from May 4 to May 11, 2022 and connected to Ajmer from May 5 to May 12, 2022.
Train No. 22923/22924 Bandra Terminus – Jamnagar Express will be added with additional AC 3-Tier coach East Bandra Terminus by 12th May, 2022 and East Jamnagar by 13th May, 2022.
Train No. 22903/22904 Bandra Terminus – Bhuj AC Express will add additional AC 3-Tier coach East Bandra Terminus till May 15, 2022 and Bhuj from May 16, 2022.
Train No. 09447/09448 Ahmedabad-Patna Clone Special has been added with one additional AC 3-Tier and Sleeper class coaches in each East Ahmedabad from 4th May to 11th May, 2022 and Patna from 6th May to 13th May, 2022 from East Ahmedabad .
Train No. 09465/09466 Ahmedabad-Darbhanga Clone Special has been added with additional AC 3-Tier and Sleeper class coaches up to 13th May, 2022 and additional coaches from East Darbhanga till 16th May, 2022.
