Infosys CEO Salil Parekh said that he is with his flexible approach of bringing employees back to the office. At present, it will not be mandatory for the employees to come to the office. He told that in India, we have about 45,000 employees. We are seeing that the work is going well.

This statement of Salil Parekh has come at a time when top IT company TCS has increased strictness to call its employees to office.

TCS is strict on work from home: TCS has clearly indicated that employees cannot make excuses to end the work from home culture. If employees report illness or health related problems, they will also have to give their medical certificate. The important thing is that it will be verified by the company’s panel of doctors. Only after this the employees will be given work from home.

Infosys strict on Moonlighting: IT company Infosys has also called Moonlighting wrong. According to the company, in the last 12 months, Infosys has laid off employees who were doing two jobs at the same time. However, the company has said to give exemption in some such cases, which have been allowed by the management.
