In which now only a permanent resident of 15 years will get the benefit of pension. The Additional Chief Secretary has issued letters in the matter. According to the issued letter, only people living in the state for 15 years will be given pension.
Earlier, pension facility was started for those who lived for 5 years. It may be known that the benefits of 8 types of pension schemes are being taken by the District Social Welfare Department. In which pension to widow and destitute women, disability pension, financial assistance to destitute children, financial assistance to disabled children going to school, midget allowance and old age honor allowance including social security allowance is being given.
At the same time, a letter has been issued by the Department of Social Justice Empowerment. A letter has been issued by Additional Chief Secretary Kiranjit Kaur on June 1. In which the condition of being a permanent resident in the Social Security Pension Scheme has been amended. At the same time, it is necessary to be a permanent resident of Haryana for 15 years, only then the applicant will be eligible for pension.
Before this, the eligibility to get pension in Haryana was 5 years. Whereas on March 19, a decision on this was taken by the government. In the case of temporary resident, the amendment has been increased from 5 years to 15 years. The Principal Secretary, Citizen Resource Information, has been sent to the Director General, Divisional Commissioner, Social Justice and Empowerment Department, to the Deputy Commissioner.
Whereas the applicant of the district has the documents. The applicant of that district will get pension. In which it is mandatory for more applicants to have aadhar card, ration card, pan card document. The district to which the documents will be. The benefit of pension will be given in that district itself.
