Jagran Team, Patna. There is a possibility of knocking of monsoon in Bihar in the next 48 hours. It is expected that the monsoon will enter Bihar from this time. Significantly, the meteorological center has said in this forecast that the monsoon is expected to reach Purnia on June 13. After this, it will reach Patna, Gaya and other parts of the state in a span of few days.
According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, light to moderate rains are expected in East Bihar and adjoining areas and heavy rain at some places in the next 24 hours. Earlier, light to moderate rains have been recorded in the north eastern and south western areas of the state in the last 24 hours. However, it is not considered pre-monsoon rain.
