New Delhi: Telecom companies keep launching new plans for the customers day by day, which also get good response from the customers. The aim of companies is to strengthen the economic wheel by increasing sales by wooing people. Meanwhile, there is disappointing news for the customers, because the country’s largest telecom company BSNL has announced the closure of prepaid facilities for all life.
The company does not give any reason behind this decision, however, there is a solution for existing customers of these plans.
Existing customers will reportedly be switched to a premium per minute plan of Rs 107. The company will withdraw all the benefits of the Lifetime Prepaid Plan after the transfer. The company has announced that the migration will start from December 1.
The Rs 107 plan will be activated for existing customers, offering a validity period of 90 days. This plan does not offer the same benefits as the Lifetime plan.
At the same time, BSNL Lifetime prepaid plan customers should be aware of the benefits of the Rs 107 premium per minute plan. The Rs 107 plan comes with data, call and message benefits.
The validity of the plan is 90 days and it offers unlimited incoming calls to the members.
This plan comes with 10GB data balance which can be accessed only for 30 days. BSNL is offering a total of 100 minutes of outbound calls which may be available only for 24 days, despite the fact that it is a per-minute plan.
Apart from these, BSNL customers can enjoy some free benefits and privileges such as they will be able to download BSNL default tunes for free for a period of 60 days.
