BSNL Recharge Plan: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched a new recharge plan for its prepaid mobile users in India. The new BSNL Recharge Plan priced at Rs 251 is priced at Rs 251 and has been launched as a Special Tariff Voucher (STVs). This means that it does not offer active service validity. According to the government telecom company, the new prepaid recharge voucher has been introduced specifically for users watching the Indian Premier League (IPL) in the country. Customers get data benefits in this plan.
BSNL prepaid recharge voucher worth Rs 251
BSNL has introduced this special tariff voucher named IPL 251. As the name suggests, this Rs 251 plan offers up to 251 GB of data. The validity of this plan is 60 days. Under the fair usage policy (FUP), customers can spend internet at a speed of 40Kbps after the data provided in the plan is exhausted.
It is worth noting that there is no service validity in the Rs 251 STV. Therefore, an active base plan will be required to use this plan.
Let us tell you that apart from BSNL, other telecom companies also have such prepaid recharge plans which have been introduced especially keeping in mind the IPL. This plan of BSNL will compete with the recharges of Airtel, Reliance Jio and Vodafone Idea (Vi).
Jio has a recharge plan of Rs 100 in which JioHotstar subscription is available for 90 days. Let us tell you that users will get ad-supported JioHotstar subscription with this plan of Jio.
Let us tell you that Airtel recently introduced two new cricket packs in which JioHotstar subscription is offered for free. The Rs 100 recharge pack offers 30 days validity and 5 GB data. At the same time, JioHotstar subscription is available for 30 days. The Rs 195 recharge plan offers 15GB data. OTT streaming service is also offered in this plan for 90 days.
Let us tell you that BSNL has recently started testing 5G network in Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Jaipur, Lucknow and Patna. The telecom operator plans to start 5G service in the next three months.
