BSNL’s new broadband plans: Get speeds up to 300Mbps and data up to 4TB with OTT benefits

If you are looking for a broadband plan with OTT benefits, then perhaps BSNL has fulfilled your wish. Actually, the company has launched two great plans. Both these plans feature bundled over-the-top (OTT) benefits, which include a one-year Disney+ Hotstar subscription. Isn’t it a wonderful plan, let us tell you its full details…


According to the report of ET Telecom, Superstar Premium-1 plan is already present in BSNL’s portfolio. In this, Bharat Fiber plan of Rs 949 gives users up to 150 Mbps speed with 2000GB monthly data. Apart from this, there is another Superstar Premium-1 plan that comes at Rs 749 and offers 100 Mbps speed along with 1000GB data for a month. Let us tell you that BSNL Cinema Plus comes with subscription to several OTT platforms including SonyLIV Premium, ZEE5 Premium, Voot Select, Yupp TV.

BSNL’s new broadband plans come with OTT benefits

It is worth noting that two more broadband plans have been introduced by BSNL Bharat Fiber which come with OTT benefits. The price of these plans is Rs 999 and Rs 1499.

In the Rs 999 plan, users get up to 3.3TB of monthly data with a speed of 200 Mbps. Apart from this, this plan also comes with free fixed line connection along with unlimited voice calling benefit. The OTT benefit offered with the Rs 999 plan is Disney+ Hotstar Premium for one year.

-1499 plan, which is also the most expensive monthly fiber broadband plan offered by BSNL, comes with 300 Mbps speed and 4TB monthly data. Users also get a free fixed line voice calling connection with this plan. The OTT benefit offered with this plan is also of Disney + Hotstar Premium for one year.

When will you get new plans?
There is no fiber broadband plan from the government telco that comes with OTT benefits. It is worth noting that these newly launched plans are not yet visible on the telco’s website. There is currently no information about when BSNL will start offering this plan to the users.
