You will be filled in the application form at the Common Service Center. With this form, you will have to attach a photo copy of the Aadhaar card. After this you have to submit this form. Along with the application, you will be charged between Rs 5 and Rs 45.



After this, the information given in your form is checked and then completed within 30 days of applying. If the investigation is found correct, the ration card is issued within 30 days.
