How to registered mobile number in EPF account: Often people change their mobile number, in such a way they cannot access information through SMS. In such a situation, EPFO members can register their mobile number online in the Employee Provident Fund Organization database through the EPF member portal.
1. First of all go to EPF member portal
2. Log in to your account
3. Click on ‘Contact Details’ in ‘Manage’ section
4. Now a page with ‘Change Contact Details’ will open in front of
you 5. Here when you Tick ’Change Mobile No’ option
6. Now enter new mobile number (which you want to get registered)
7. Click on ‘Get Authorization Pin’
8. Enter OTP and click on ‘Submit’.
Your new mobile number will be registered on the EPF portal and you will get continuous updates of the information about the monthly subscription through SMS. Apart from this, information about decisions taken by the government on EPF account holders will also be received through SMS.
