Schools have only today’s chance to correct the LOC data of CBSE 10th board exam students. In fact, the Central Board of Secondary Education i.e. CBSE will close the LOC correction window on 17 April 2025 i.e. today. Schools can correct the LOC data through the official website of CBSE cbse.gov.in. According to the official information, the facility of correcting the details is available for all schools through the CAMC portal only today, so that the correct data of the students can be uploaded with the correct records.
CBSE opened the CAMC Portal on April 9 for correction in the List of Candidates (LOC) data. Through this portal, schools can correct the students’ name, date of birth, parent’s information and some other selected fields, including photo and gender etc. Keep in mind, complete change in the name of the candidate and parents is not allowed. This facility is given to correct the details of the students so that they can be provided with correct result and marks details.
Processing fee of Rs 1000
CBSE had already issued a notice saying that schools were instructed to fill the LOC data several times, but despite this the schools submitted wrong data and now they are requesting the board to correct that data. A processing fee of Rs 1000 per student will be charged for correcting the records of regular students. This fee will be deposited by the schools in the concerned regional office.
