CBSE Class 10th 12th Result 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) can declare the secondary board exam result between 10 to 15 May and the senior secondary result between 15 to 20 May. The board is currently evaluating the copies. This year, 42 lakh students participated in the board exam, including both the classes.
CBSE Class 10th 12th Result 2025: The 10th board examinations have been organized by the Central Board of School Education (CBSE) from 15 February to 18 March and the 12th board exam from 15 February to 4 April 2025. Now the board is evaluating the copies of the students. 42 lakh students participated in the examination, including both the classes. Out of this, a total of 24.12 lakh students appeared in the matriculation class and 17.88 lakh students appeared in the intermediate examination. All these students are now waiting for the result to be released, which may end soon.
Result will be released on these dates
If we look at the media reports and the pattern of last year, then the result of class 10th will be released before 12th. CBSE Board Secondary Result can be declared between 12th to 15th May, while the result of Senior Secondary Class can be declared between 15th to 20th May. However, no official information has been shared by CBSE yet.
Method to check result
As soon as CBSE Class 10th 12th Result 2025 is released, students will be able to check the results through website cbse.gov.in, Digilocker app or portal results.digilocker.gov.in as well as SMS. To check the result, students will have to enter the login details.
Steps to check the result
- To check CBSE Result 2025, students have to first visit the official website cbse.gov.in.
- On the home page of the website, you have to click on the active link of the result.
- Now you have to enter the roll number and password on the new page and submit it.
- After this your mark sheet will open on the screen from where you will be able to check the results as well as download it.
Toppers list will not be released
Let us tell you that for the last few years CBSE has not released the toppers list to end the competition among the students. In such a situation, this time also CBSE will not release the toppers list.
It is mandatory to get 33 percent marks to pass
To pass both 10th and 12th classes, it is mandatory for the students to get a minimum of 33 percent marks in all subjects separately. If a student fails in one or two subjects, then they will be able to participate in the compartment exam. Along with this, students who are not satisfied with the result will also be able to get their copy rechecked. For this, you will have to apply to participate in the compartment / improvement exam after the result is released. All students should keep in mind that only the marks obtained in the compartment exam or improvement will be considered final. Marks obtained earlier will be cancelled.
