CBSE Board Marking Scheme: CBSE Board has released the marking scheme for class 10th and 12th examination 2024. Marks will be given in theory and practical exam like this.
CBSE Board Class 10 and 12 Marking Scheme: Central Board of Secondary Education has released the marking scheme for class 10th and 12th examination 2024. This marking scheme has been released for both theory and practical exams. This can be checked on the CBSE website. Besides, CBSE has also released a notice for schools in this regard. According to the scheme, maximum 100 marks have been allotted to all CBSE subject papers. Out of these, separate marks will be given to theory, practical, project and internal assessment.
What is written in the notice
CBSE has issued a notice in this regard. In which it is given, it is seen that mistakes are being made by the schools while uploading the marks of practical/project/internal assessment. To assist schools in successfully conducting practical/project/internal assessment examinations and conducting theory examinations, the list of subjects for class 10th and 12th has been released. Along with this, a circular has also been arranged for important information.
Issued for so many subjects
This marking scheme of CBSE has been released for both class 10th and 12th. This scheme has been released for 83 subjects of class 10th and 121 subjects of class 12th. If we want to say broadly, then the practical exams of 10th class subjects like music, painting, computer etc. will be of 50 marks. Whereas the marks for internal assessment of English, Hindi, Math, Science and Social Science have been fixed at 20.
Talking about 12th, practical in Geography, Psychology, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology is of 30 marks. There will be practical of 50 marks in painting, graphics, dance and home science. To see the complete list, visit the official website.
