Significantly, in October 2021, RBI increased the amount of transactions through IMPS from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 5 lakh. The Reserve Bank has also increased the limit of transactions through IMPS from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 5 lakh in a day.

Bank of Baroda rules change

Bank of Baroda customers will have to follow the positive pay system for check payment from February 1.
