Char Dham Yatra Registration Closed For Two Days: These days a huge crowd is gathering for the Char Dham Yatra of Uttarakhand. A large number of devotees are reaching there every day. In view of the rapidly increasing crowd in Uttarakhand, offline registration has been closed for two days (Char Dham Registration Closed For Two Days). There will be no registration today and tomorrow i.e. 15th and 16th May. Let us tell you that till now about 27 lakh devotees have got themselves registered.
Offline registrations are being done in Haridwar and Rishikesh
Let us tell you that apart from online, the administration has also provided the facility of offline registration. For the convenience of the devotees coming for the yatra without registration, offline registrations are being done in Haridwar and Rishikesh. According to this, 1000 registrations for each of the four Dhams and a total of 4000 registrations are to be done every day from Rishikesh Centre. Whereas 500 registrations are to be done for each Dham and a total of 2000 from Haridwar Centre. 18 counters have been opened for this.
Till now 26,73,519 people have registered
It is being told that this year the number of devotees has increased by 44 percent. Thousands of devotees are stranded due to increasing crowd in Uttarakhand. To keep the system smooth and for security reasons, offline registration has been stopped for two days. In this matter, District Tourism Development Officer Suresh Yadav said that Char Dham Yatra registration will remain closed for two days on 15th and 16th May. So far 26,73,519 people have registered for the Char Dham Yatra, out of which the maximum number of 9,00,707 are those going to Kedarnath Dham. 8,13,558 pilgrims have been registered for Badrinath Dham, 4,78,576 for Gangotri and 4,21,366 pilgrims have been registered for Yamunotri.
