CNG Price Hike: The people of this state got another shock of rising inflation and the price of CNG has increased by Re 1. From today, CNG rates have increased in Delhi and have reached Rs 76.59 per kg. The new rates of CNG have come into effect from 6 am today, 14 December 2023. CNG prices have been increased four times this year i.e. in 2024. Earlier, the prices of Compressed Natural Gas i.e. CNG were increased in November and August, whereas the prices of CNG were reduced in July.

Prices in Noida, Greater Noida

The new price of CNG has come to Rs 82.20 per kg in Noida adjacent to Delhi and Rs 81.20 per kg in Greater Noida. An increase of Rs 1 each has been registered in their rates.

The new rate of CNG in Ghaziabad has become Rs 81.20 per kg and in Gurugram, which is included in NCR, CNG is being sold at the price of Rs 83.62 per kg.

CNG became costlier on 23 November 2023 also

CNG prices were also increased in Delhi and NCR areas on 23 November 2023. However, prices were reduced in Rewari.

CNG prices had increased in August also

IGL had increased prices in August, which was the second increase in prices in a year. Even on August 23, the price of CNG in Delhi-NCR had increased by one rupee.

CNG prices were reduced in July

To provide relief from expensive CNG, the Central Government had changed the standards for determining the price of CNG in July. After this, a big fall in the price of CNG was recorded in many states including Delhi.
