Corona: Oxygen crisis deepens in Delhi! The court called the second wave a 'tsunami' - who will stop the supply, 'we will hang'

Maharaja Agrasen Hospital had filed a petition regarding the oxygen crisis for coronavirus patients, the court reprimanded Delhi and the central government.

The Delhi High Court on Saturday has given a stern warning on the issue of hindrance in oxygen supply. The court said that if any officer of the central, state and local administration stop the supply of oxygen, then we will hang him.

A bench of Justices Vipin Sanghi and Rekha Palli of the Delhi High Court said this on a petition filed by Maharaja Agrasen Hospital on lack of oxygen. The court asked the Delhi government to indicate an opportunity when its oxygen supply was halted. We will not spare that person. The court said that we will not leave anyone who does this.

The court said that the tsunami had occurred, not the second ‘wave’ of the corona. At the same time, the Bench directed the Delhi Government to inform the Central Government about such officers who are obstructing the work, so that strict action can be taken against them.

Court rebuked Kejriwal government: Delhi High Court also lashed out at Kejriwal government for lack of oxygen. The court said that if all the states are arranging tankers for themselves and you do not have a tanker, then why are you not doing so? Talk to Central Government officials. We are not sitting here to establish contacts between the officials.

The court said that the Delhi chief (Kejriwal) had himself been an administrative officer, did he not know how these things worked. The court rebuked, saying, “The problem is that when an allocation is made, you think it will come to your door.” But things do not go on like this. What did you try to get an oxygen tanker after the allotment? ”

When the Delhi government lawyer said that we are doing everything possible, the court expressed displeasure that you too are taking this situation lightly. Have you tried to talk to the plants.
