Let us tell you that Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has approved giving three percent dearness allowance to the employees of Forest Corporation from January 1, 2022. In such a situation, now this will increase the salary of those employees and they will get increased salary.
Benefits to daily wage workers
Apart from this, an important announcement has also been made for daily wage workers. While presiding over the 213th meeting of the Board of Directors of Himachal Pradesh State Forest Development Corporation, Sukhu also approved regularization of services of eligible employees of the corporation who have completed four years of service as daily wage labourers. With this, now daily wage workers will be able to work regularly.
It has also been decided to give bonus
along with dearness allowance. According to a statement issued on Wednesday, the Board of Directors has decided to give bonus to the employees of the corporation for the year 2022-23, which will benefit about 253 employees.
The Chief Minister said that the state government will give full support to the Forest Corporation by strengthening it and making it a self-reliant and profitable organization. He said that to overcome the problem of shortage of employees in the Forest Corporation, 100 Van Mitras will be appointed.
