Dearness Allowance Hike: The Government of Rajasthan has increased the dearness allowance of employees and officers of Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (Roadways) and pensioners by seven percent.
Dearness Allowance Hike: The Government of Rajasthan has increased the dearness allowance of employees and officers of Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (Roadways) and pensioners by seven percent. Transport Minister Pratap Singh Khachariawas said that the dearness allowance of roadways employees and officers and pensioners has been increased by 7 percent from 189 percent to 196 percent according to the state government, which will be paid from July 01, 2021.
According to the statement issued by the government, he said that for the period from November 2016 to March 2019, gratuity, leave, arrears of 5th and 6th pay scale commission and others are being paid. The Transport Minister said that more than 2,400 retired employees will get benefit from this.
He said that on November 1, 2021, Rs 214 crore has been released in lieu of transfer of unutilized land of Chaumu House, Vaishali Nagar and Jaipur Agar and tire plant located on the transport route to the State Government. The minister said that continuous efforts are being made by the Rajasthan government for the smooth operation of Rajasthan Roadways.
